These Terms govern your use of tamasmihaly.ai (the "Site") and your purchase of our digital products, including the Humanize Kit. The Site and products are operated by Thriving Colibri Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to break any law, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape or harvest data without permission, or interfere with the Site or anyone else's use of it. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time.
The Humanize Kit is a digital product: a set of files (skills, a scoring script, a setup & use guide, and worked examples) that you download and run inside your own AI tools.
When you buy the kit, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the files for your own work and your clients' work. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or sublicense the files, in whole or in part, or pass them to anyone outside your business. The kit and its files remain our intellectual property.
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, by buying you agree to that immediate delivery. Our 14-day guarantee applies regardless and is at least as generous as your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
The kit is a tool. It helps you take AI patterns out of your writing and rewrite it in your own voice, and it gives you a score. It is not a guarantee of any particular result, and it does not write finished, publish-ready copy with no human involvement. The judgement and the final read stay with you. Results depend on how you use it and the samples you give it.
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site and in our products, including text, graphics, logos, code, and design, is owned by or licensed to Thriving Colibri Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print Site pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or products without our written permission, beyond the licence in section 4.
Content on the Site, including guides and articles, is provided for general information and reflects our views and experience at the time of writing. It is not professional, financial, or legal advice. Don't rely on it without taking your own advice for your situation.
The Site may link to third-party sites and tools we don't control. We provide them for convenience only and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly set out here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
